The four main missions of the Gîtes de France are :
- Development of tourist accommodation and the adding of value to the rural areas of the département of the Puy-de-Dôme,
- Technical accompaniment of local people wishing to create accommodation,
- Promotion : publishing, Website, Trade Fairs, sales presentations to works committees,
- Organisation and management of the network of accommodation owners who are members of the association.
