The Gîtes de France brand guarantees specific comfort standards (expressed as 1, 2 and 3 ears of corn) and compliance with a national quality charter. All Gîtes de France stopover and holiday gîtes are regularly inspected and classified.
They include living spaces and accommodation in bedrooms or dormitories with comfortable bedding and with private or common washing and toilet facilities. The owner can provide a fitted kitchen available to all guests or may offer catering services.
