    Whatever type of accommodation booked


    The presence of animals must be reported from the very first contact, and must to establish the contract because the owner's consent is required. Charges may be applied (as specified in the description).

    Risk Insurance resort

    Liability: learn from your insurance company and make sure your contract covers well the damage that may be caused by you.

    Residence certificate

    At your request, the relay department may establish a certificate of residence showing your stay in lodging certified. All requests shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by a copy of the lease Gîtes de France as well as a stamped envelope with your name and address.

    Holiday vouchers

    Chèques Vacances reservation service department and many owners accept Cheques Vacances.
    Of holiday vouchers are granted by the Caisses d'Allocations for Family stays in cottages, ask.


    Any complaint will be taken into account only if it is made with the relay departmental Gîtes de France within 3 days of your arrival. Relay only occurs if the tenancy has been a contract Gîtes de France.


    Some municipalities have established a tax, inquire when booking. It must be settled at the end of stay the owner according to the amount fixed by the municipality, unless it is included in the price.

    You will be greeted by the owner of the house or his representative:

    • Require an inventory on arrival and departure (including control of electricity consumption and heating).
    • It is recommended to contact by telephone with the owner of the house to fix your arrival time, it may also advise you to access.
    • In case of early departure, you must notify the owner of the cottage.


    The contract is for a specific number of people. If this number is exceeded, either on arrival or during the stay, the owner can refuse the additional customers, break the lease, or charge a premium.


    The cold water, gas for the cooker as well as electricity up to 8 KW / h of electricity per day are included. Beyond these amounts, the charges are due, following the breakdown of consumption.


    It is very rarely included in the rental price. Any clarification on that should be included in the lease or the data sheet. It is advisable to ask the owner an estimate of the daily heating costs.

    deposit, inventory

    On arrival and after a precise inventory, you may be asked for a deposit (whose amount has been indicated on the lease or data sheet). This will be returned after verification at the time of departure (or within 8 days, depending on the time of departure), net of the cost of rehabilitation of the premises, if necessary.

    Maintenance deposit

    Cleaning the house is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before departure. The cottage must be left in perfect condition. Some owners offer a cleaning fee.


    They are indicated in each description and correspond to the overall cost of renting the cottage. This is a price per week (from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning 16h 10h), the weekend or sometimes mid-week (usually Monday to Friday 14h 12h, except during school holidays). According to the classification, bed linen, linen service and maid service can be provided on request. Pictograms will help you easily identify these deposits.


    A pictogram in the descriptions indicates the possibility to call from the shelter. If you are a cardholder France Telecom, think fit to call you wherever you want: the cost of your calls will be charged directly at dice on your invoice France Telecom.

    Additional Services

    At the end of your stay, supplements may be requested such as: heating, local tax, linen hire, cleaning service, package animal, wood for the fireplace. We remind you that the cost of these services does not appear in the descriptive and is not included in the rates quoted. Only the owner or the reservation service is able to communicate the value of these services.
